Coming up next : Expose Imagination <> Featuring Past and present Curious artists. Curious Art celebrates its 7th year this September by inviting the dedicated artists who have all played a vital role in the development of the curious movement from 2001 to 2008.
Artists exhibiting will include: Libby Mills, East Writer, Joanne Cutler, Annie Higgins, Jason Rice, Gill Buttress-Grove, Leisa O'Brien and posthumously Margaret P. Deane. Dianne Smith, Michael Bryant, Clare Bryant, Clare Johnson, Ness Bryant, Larraine Bryant, Richard Mitchell and Camille Bryant.
In the summer of 2001 twenty local artists met to discuss how they could find suitable exhibition space. As events unfolded they found a home for their art at near Kingscliff, at Chinderah Bay. Curious Art Gallery was opened in September 2001. This year marks seven years of hosting close to 70 exhibitions.
